30+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Roaring Fork Midstream, LLC provides gathering, compression, dehydration, processing, treating and transportation of natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs), and crude oil gathering in the northern DJ Basin. Formed in 2018, Roaring Fork is focused on delivering superior service and creating value for customers by providing cost effective solutions.
• Supported by equity commitments from Juniper Capital Advisors and management, Roaring Fork Midstream has the flexibility and ability to move quickly to meet our customers’ needs.
• Roaring Fork Midstream owns and operates the 60 MMcf/d Chalk Bluff Natural Gas Processing Plant located approx. 6 miles south of Cheyenne, in Laramie County, Wyoming. Roaring Fork Midstream has associated natural gas low and high pressure gathering to connect dedicated producer wells, as well as crude oil gathering and terminal facilities to serve dedicated and walk up producers.

MANAGEMENT
Daniel E. Watson - CEO
Dan is responsible for the operations, strategic planning, and the profit performance of Roaring Fork Midstream, LLC. His career spans over 30+ years with progressive job responsibilities in midstream development planning, engineering, and operations. Prior to joining RFM in June 2019, he was the Executive Vice President and COO of Sterling Energy, LLC, a DJ Basin Midstream company. Mr. Watson began his career in the exploration and production sector for Amoco (now BP) and worked in progressive job responsibilities in development planning, engineering and operations. Prior to Sterling, Dan was President and CEO of SourceGas LLC and its predecessor Kinder Morgan Retail, a midstream and downstream energy company. Mr. Watson holds B.S. degrees in Mining Engineering and Geological Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Colorado School of Mines.
Timothy L. Garnett - President and Chief Financial Officer
Tim is responsible for planning and directing budget, finance, and accounting functions for Roaring Fork Midstream, LLC and affiliates. Mr. Garnett began his career in the exploration and production sector and was most recently employed by Aka Energy Group, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, and a midstream operator of 8 processing plants and treating facilities in the Permian Basin, DJ basin, and Anadarko Basin to name a few. His career spans over 30 years with progressive job responsibilities in accounting, finance, acquisitions and divestitures, with a portion of time spent in the financial services industry as a principal in his own company. Mr. Garnett has experience in many aspects of the natural gas industry including production, transportation, marketing, and distribution. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
Thomas B. Williams - Executive Vice President of Engineering and Operations
Tom is responsible for the engineering design, construction, and safe and efficient operations of RFM’s assets. Mr. Williams has over 30 years in the natural gas industry, holding positions in engineering, operations, commercial, and business development. Before joining Roaring Fork Midstream, he was Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Aka Energy Group and Atlas Pipeline. Mr. Williams earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla and an M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University.
Craig Coombs - VP Business Development
Craig is primarily responsible for the business development and commercial operations for the company for natural gas, crude oil, and water. Craig has over 40 years of experience, including pipeline and processing plant facility construction, design engineering, and marketing and trading, primarily in the Rockies and Bakken areas. Prior to joining RFM, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Sterling Energy. Craig has held similar positions for Summit Midstream Partners, LLC, Bear Tracker Energy, and El Paso Energy Partners. Mr. Coombs is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado and earned his undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business from the University of Colorado.
